Overnight Beauty Oats

Glow from the inside out with this beautiful overnight oats recipe that will keep you going all morning! One of the easiest breakfast recipes to prepare, you can bulk prep jars of this delicious breakfast goodness in the blink of an eye so you don’t have to think about what to make for breakfast all week. Simply grab and go (no cooking required)!

Preparing the oats ahead of time and allowing them to soak overnight not only saves time, but also reduces the phytic acid of the oats and seeds which can inhibit your body’s absorption of important nutrients (such as iron, zinc and calcium). Soaking therefore increases nutrient bioavailability and eases the load on your digestive system. Furthermore, the chia seeds absorb the almond milk and the oats soften to form a deliciously creamy pudding consistency (yum)!


I love adding BODY Inner Beauty Support from The Beauty Chef to my oats because it is packed with so many nourishing, natural ingredients and is a wonderful source of plant-based protein. Plus, I’m obsessed with the vanilla taste! But don’t fret if you don’t have it, you can substitute an alternative plant-based protein powder or simply leave it out. The same goes for the pink pitaya powder. It certainly makes the oats a luscious pink and is rich in antioxidants and other goodies, but can be left out if you do not have it on hand.

I personally like to add in grated zucchini to sneak in some hidden veggies and I promise that you won’t even know they’re in there. They also bulk up the meal and add more volume to help you feel extra satisfied.

Overnight Beauty Oats



For overnight oats:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 scoop BODY Inner Beauty Support (vanilla)
  • 2 tsp pink pitaya powder (optional)

For toppings:

  • 1 tbsp activated buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Edible flowers (optional)



  1. In a jar, add all the ingredients for the overnight oats and stir well to combine. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
  2. Add toppings before serving and enjoy!
